You will keep postings active, reach out to candidates, coordinate interviews, and move applicants from application to hire quickly.

This hands-on, execution-focused role emphasizes proactive sourcing, fast-paced communication, and close collaboration with operations leadership to fill urgent roles.

Responsibilities

• Post and maintain job ads on Indeed and other platforms.
• Proactively reach out to candidates through Indeed and other sourcing tools.
• Review resumes and screen candidates for logistics-related roles (warehouse, trucking, operations, etc.).
• Schedule interviews with General Managers and hiring leaders.
• Follow up with candidates after interviews and keep communication moving.
• Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth start.
• Create and send offer letters to selected candidates.
• Track applicant activity and hiring progress in Paylocity (ATS).
• Keep candidate pipelines organized and moving.

FW Logistics is a family-owned, high-growth 3PL provider specializing in warehousing and trucking services. We are looking for an Entry-Level Recruiter to support hiring efforts on the logistics side of the business.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You’ll be responsible for keeping job postings active, reaching out to candidates, coordinating interviews, and helping move people from application to hire as quickly as possible.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Post and maintain job ads on Indeed and other platforms
• Proactively reach out to candidates through Indeed and other sourcing tools

• Willing to be proactive — not just wait for applicants, but go find them
• Basic computer skills (Indeed, email, ATS systems like Paylocity)
• Ability to follow through and close the loop with candidates
