Job summary

FW Logistics is seeking an entry-level recruiter to support hiring in warehousing and trucking. You will post ads, source candidates, review resumes, and coordinate interviews with operations leaders.

Your role includes onboarding support, sending offers, and maintaining candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment with weekly payroll and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for constant candidate contact.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced setting.

• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools.

Description FW Logistics is a family-owned, high-growth 3PL provider specializing in warehousing and trucking services. We are looking for an Entry-Level Recruiter to support hiring efforts on the logistics side of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Post and maintain job ads on Indeed and other platforms
• Proactively reach out to candidates through Indeed and other sourcing tools
• Review resumes and screen candidates for logistics-related roles (warehouse, trucking, operations, etc.)
• Schedule interviews with General Managers and hiring leaders
• Follow up with candidates after interviews and keep communication moving
• Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth start
• Create and send offer letters to selected candidates
• Track applicant activity and hiring progress in Paylocity (ATS)
• Keep candidate pipelines organized and moving

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (you’ll be talking to candidates all day)
• Organized and able to manage multiple openings at once
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
• Willing to be proactive — not just wait for applicants, but go find them
• Basic computer skills (Indeed, email, ATS systems like Paylocity)
• Ability to follow through and close the loop with candidates

Experience / Background

• Entry-level — no recruiting experience required
• Background in customer service, admin, or logistics is a plus
• Interest in recruiting, HR, or operations
