FW Logistics, a family-owned, high-growth 3PL provider specializing in warehousing and trucking services, is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter to support logistics hiring. You will keep postings active, reach out to candidates, coordinate interviews, and move applicants from application to hire quickly.

This hands-on, execution-focused role emphasizes proactive sourcing, fast-paced communication, and close collaboration with operations leadership to fill urgent roles.

Qualifications

• Entry-level — no recruiting experience required.
• Background in customer service, admin, or logistics is a plus.
• Interest in recruiting, HR, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Post and maintain job ads on Indeed and other platforms.
• Proactively reach out to candidates through Indeed and other sourcing tools.
• Review resumes and screen candidates for logistics-related roles (warehouse, trucking, operations, etc.).
• Schedule interviews with General Managers and hiring leaders.
• Follow up with candidates after interviews and keep communication moving.
• Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth start.
• Create and send offer letters to selected candidates.
• Track applicant activity and hiring progress in Paylocity (ATS).
• Keep candidate pipelines organized and moving.
