Rosendin is hiring an Assistant Project Manager for on-site construction support. This entry-level role focuses on learning to manage documentation, submittals, RFIs, and meetings while supporting the Project Management team on high-profile projects.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field and at least 1 year of construction experience. You’ll work on active sites, coordinate with subcontractors, and contribute to meeting schedules and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Strong organizational, record-keeping, and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Maintain change orders, submittal and drawing control logs; prepare logs for construction meetings.
• Prepare and manage subcontractor contracts and Owner/ Maintenance Manuals.
• Ensure the project quality control plan is followed and support field personnel.
