You will learn to manage project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and meetings; support planning with the Project Manager; maintain logs for changes and drawings; prepare subcontractor contracts and manuals;

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods.
• Professional demeanor with ability to interact with managers, employees, vendors.
• Strong organizational, record-keeping, and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities with the Project Manager; coordinate plans and policies.
• Maintain change orders, submittal, and drawing control logs; prepare logs for meetings.
• Responsible for contract submittals and subcontractor contracts.
• Assemble and timely delivery of Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
• Ensure the project quality control plan is followed.
• Interact with subcontractors to obtain correct documentation and drawings.
• Keep the Warranty Log up to date.
• Attend project meetings with clients and subcontractors; provide PM support.
