Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent
• 3–4 years of construction engineering experience
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates understanding of PMP components and change management.
• Develops procurement schedule and integrates with CPM schedule; reviews submittals for contract compliance.
• Administers budgeting and cost controls; maintains project logs and change orders.
• Prepares and maintains 'As-built' documents and close-out requirements.
• May participate in concrete form design and takeoffs for concrete, asphalt, earthwork, and utilities as required.
