Job summary

Lithko Contracting is recruiting an entry-level Project Engineer to learn on concrete construction sites across the country, including San Antonio, TX. You will collaborate with managers and mentors to understand scope, safety, and quality, and help execute plans on real projects.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (or related field) and are legally authorized to work in the US. Training programs accelerate advancement with hands-on field experience.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field before start date, or equivalent work/military experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope and schedule and review safety/quality plans.
• Develop and adjust plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan as needed.
• Oversee daily safety, quality, and execution of on-site tasks.
• Learn hands-on through the project execution process with mentors and teams.
• Duties may include estimating, field engineering (line/grade), forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, slab prep and forming, production tracking, take-offs, and deck prep.
