As you develop skills, you will participate in planning, safety, quality, and execution of project objectives, including estimating, field engineering, forming components, and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field prior to start date or equivalent work/military experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope, schedule, and plans for safety and quality; act with guidance from mentors.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn hands-on through the integration program and on-site performance.
• Duties may include estimating, field engineering, forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, slab prep, production tracking, and take-offs.
