Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Program Scheduler I to build and maintain resource-loaded Proposals and IMS schedules across multiple product lines. The role collaborates with Program Management, Finance, and Engineering to integrate resources, task status and risk into the schedule.

The position requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 0–2 years of scheduling experience. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project is essential to support schedule integrity and program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
• 0–2 years of relevant scheduling experience
• Experience in Program Planning & Scheduling and EVMS metrics
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project

Responsibilities

• Maintains schedule integrity with proper network logic and realisitic critical path
• Maintains IMS, schedules, and performance reports
• Performs Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and risk mitigation planning
• Supports program Finance, Engineering and PM in program execution within budget
• Uses scheduling tools to report project status and performance
