Job summary

RTX in Goleta, CA is seeking an experienced Program Planner to develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) aligned with government and corporate requirements. You will perform critical path analysis, schedule risk analysis, and implement contractual changes to keep the IMS realistic and predictive for program teams.

The role requires 5+ years in program planning or scheduling, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and active Secret US security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Program Planning, Scheduling or Project Management.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain program access.
• Experience with IMS and Earned Value Management (EVMS).
• Proficient in scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) compliant with gov/Corp requirements.
• Perform critical path, schedule risk, and variance analyses for programs.
• Incorporate contractual changes into the IMS to keep baselines realistic.
• Prepare weekly/monthly schedule review packages and data submittals.
