Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies is seeking a Program Scheduler to lead the development, integration, and maintenance of the IMS across aerospace development programs, coordinating with IPTs and ensuring alignment with EVMS and DCMA standards.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance, maintaining critical path visibility and delivering regular schedule metrics and IBRs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Significant experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules in aerospace/defense.
• Experience with EVMS, IPMR/IPMDAR, and DCMA 14-Point Assessment.
• Ability to lead cross-functional IPTs and manage critical paths.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Program IMS using MS Project or equivalent scheduling tools.
• Lead schedule development and baseline processes aligned to WBS and program scope.
• Ensure compliance with DCMA 14-Point, IPMR/IPMDAR, and EIA-748 standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and finance.
• Support EVMS schedule components including baselines, status updates, and forecasting.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews with CAMs and functional leads.
• Identify schedule variances and critical path impacts; prepare recovery scenarios.
• Provide schedule metrics and presentations to leadership and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate IBRs and schedule walk-throughs with clients and auditors.
• Collaborate with Production Planners to align program and production schedules.
• Serve as scheduling SME to support proposals, resource planning, and execution.
• Mentor teams on scheduling principles and discipline.
