Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Scheduler to own and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across aerospace programs. You will lead schedule development, baselining, and cross-functional integration with engineering, production, and supply chain to ensure on‑time execution and compliance with EVMS standards.

You will collaborate with IPTs, conduct IBRs, and provide timely metrics to leadership. Requires DCMA/DCMA 14‑Point awareness and strong MS Project skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field plus 4+ years scheduling on large aerospace/defense programs.
• Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Knowledge of EVMS, IPMR/IPMDAR and DCMA 14‑Point Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the IMS using MS Project or equivalent.
• Lead schedule development and baseline processes aligned to WBS and scope.
• Ensure compliance with industry and government standards in contract flow-downs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate plans into the IMS.
• Support EVMS schedule components including baselines, updates and forecasting.
• Conduct regular schedule status reviews with CAMs and leads.
• Analyze variances and critical path impacts; prepare recovery scenarios.
• Provide schedule metrics and presentations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate IBRs and schedule walkthroughs with clients/auditors.
• Coordinate with Production Planners to align program and production schedules.
• Serve as Scheduling SME for proposals, resource planning and execution.
• Mentor teams on scheduling principles and discipline.
• Maintain regular attendance and full shifts.
