Astronics Connectivity Systems and Certification seeks a Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze integrated master schedules for aerospace programs. You will work within the PMO to align schedules with scope, resources, risks, and execution plans, influencing stakeholders to deliver realistic, executable timelines. Strong expertise in MS Project and EVMS is expected to drive on-time delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in project scheduling, controls, or planning.
• Experience with aerospace/defense or technology programs preferred.
• Experience managing IMS across multiple functions.
• PMI/EVMS certifications are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedule (IMS) for development, production, and aftermarket programs.
• Build detailed project schedules including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, qualification, certification, and delivery activities.
• Define tasks, milestones, dependencies, and constraints.
• Manage schedule baselines and change control per process.
• Generate program schedule reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Support risk management and schedule recovery planning with PMO and functional leads.
