Job summary

AV is seeking an entry level Program Scheduler I to build and maintain resource-loaded Proposals and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across multiple product groups. You will work with Program Management, Finance, and Technical staff to integrate resources, track task status, and manage risk in the schedule.

Responsibilities include maintaining IMS and schedules, supporting status meetings, performing critical path analysis, and ensuring schedule integrity and cost alignment according to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum of 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience and technical experience as outlined above
• Experienced in Program Planning & Scheduling, Project Management and Program Controls
• Experienced using Schedule Health Analysis and Schedule Risk Assessment tools
• Demonstrated knowledge of planning and scheduling processes with IMP/IMS methodologies, EVM and Program Management metrics and reporting
• Current expertise in: 1) MS Office Suite (MS Excel required), 2) MS Project

Responsibilities

• Maintains schedule integrity including, but not limited to, proper schedule structure and cost alignment with proper network logic producing a realistic program critical path.
• Maintenance of IMS, summary and detail schedules, support project status meetings, maintain schedule metrics and performance reports, identify and track project risk activities, perform critical path analysis & support reporting of program performance against the plan
• Schedules configuration control, change management and schedule baseline control
• Performs Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
• Risk planning with program/project management using the schedule for identifying and recommending mitigation strategies for project risks to ensure cost & Schedule targets are achieved
• Supports program Finance, Engineering and Program Management in the proper conduct of program execution resulting in the completion of program scope within budget
• Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained
• Other duties as assigned
