Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz USA is seeking an Entry-Level Program Manager to support program delivery across voice systems for air traffic management and defense programs at the Columbia, MD headquarters.

The role requires US citizenship, ability to secure public trust SF85P, and readiness to work in-office most days. You will help manage radio, data, and VoIP systems, coordinate with global teams, and support sales and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting or managing projects in communications, voice, or networked systems.
• Requires public trust via SF85P and ability to obtain interim/final suitability.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and delivery of programs involving radio communications, network transport, and VoIP systems.
• Assist in managing cost, schedule, scope, and risk across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate system integration, testing, and deployment activities with engineering and technical teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure trust and continuity of operations.
• Coordinate efforts across partners, subcontractors, and geographically distributed teams (U.S., Europe, and other regions).
• Ensure alignment with headquarters and consistent execution across time zones and cultures.
• Assist in supporting sales and proposal efforts, including pricing inputs, execution planning, and forecasting.
