Rohde & Schwarz USA Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Program Management to lead a portfolio of large, complex technology programs across Defense and Commercial markets. The role oversees performance, processes, and growth through capture and proposals, reporting to senior leadership.

Requires 15+ years in program management, DoD/Commercial experience, and PMP/PgMP preferred. The total compensation ranges from $193K to $257K and includes base salary, variable pay when applicable, and benefits.

Qualifications

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving execution excellence across a diverse portfolio of complex technology programs supporting both Defense and Commercial markets. This role provides strategic oversight of program performance, leads the development and institutionalization of scalable processes, and plays a key role in business growth through capture and proposal support.

Your tasks

• Proven experience in process development and business capture support.
• PMP or PgMP certification is preferred
• Experience with DoD contracting and compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, MS Project, and advanced Excel.
• Skilled in key competencies such as strategic leadership, program execution excellence, financial and operational acumen, capture and growth enablement, and stakeholder management and communication.

The total compensation for this position is $193K-$257K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
