Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz USA is seeking an Entry-Level Program Manager to support program delivery across voice systems for air traffic management and defense programs at the Columbia, MD headquarters.

The role requires US citizenship, ability to secure public trust SF85P, and readiness to work in-office most days. You will help manage radio, data, and VoIP systems, coordinate with global teams, and support sales and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting or managing projects in communications, voice, or networked systems.
• Requires public trust via SF85P and ability to obtain interim/final suitability.

Recently named by Newsweek as one of the Best American Mid-Sized Workplaces in 2026, Rohde & Schwarz USA is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Program Manager to support project delivery across voice systems aiding air traffic management, aviation, and foreign and domestic military programs. This role will assist in integration of radio, data, and ED-137 compliant voice systems, ensuring performance, interoperability, and reliability across global operations. This role is based at our Columbia, MD headquarters, and requires being in the office most days. US Citizenship and the ability to secure US Public Trust SF85P are required.

Your tasks

• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of programs involving radio communications, network transport, and VoIP systems.

Your Qualifications

• Willingness to communicate and coordinate with international teams, and working within European or global organizational structures

• In order to be considered, candidates must reside in the US, have US citizenship, and be able to obtain an interim or final suitability determination, subject to completion and favorable adjudication of the required background investigation.

The total compensation for this position is $89K-$107K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
