ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care. You will gain hands-on training and mentorship while supporting therapists, preparing treatment areas, and assisting patients with exercises.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and healthcare or customer service experience, with a customer-focused attitude and a desire to learn in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person at check-in and during appointments.
• Assist with patient intake, registration, scheduling, and documentation.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing treatment areas and equipment, and help with exercises.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with prescribed home exercise programs.
