ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. You will gain hands-on healthcare experience through training, mentorship, and direct exposure to physical therapy workflows.

The role involves assisting therapists, supporting patient check-in and intake, and helping patients with prescribed exercises in a dynamic outpatient setting. A positive, patient-centered attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Responsabilités

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling coordination.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
