Responsabilités

• Welcome patients and acknowledge them with compassion and a smile at all pharmacy entry points.
• Assist patients with in-person and phone orders, directing questions to the pharmacist when needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean work environment to meet company and government requirements.
• Assist team members to keep the department running efficiently.
• Use the pharmacy computer to process prescriptions, check on-hand counts, and handle cash/transactions.
• Support company initiatives and required training programs.
