Responsibilities

• Provides and documents direct patient care and activities (ADLs, vitals, phlebotomy, I&O, mobility) to stable patients.
• Performs specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
• Assists with admissions, discharges, and transfers and documents care in the electronic medical record.
