Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience as a PCA/PCT/NA/LPN/EMT or related military corpsman experience or in nursing program.
• Basic computer skills (EMR documentation).
• Proven ability to perform basic nursing procedures and patient care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and perform nursing procedures.
• Document vital signs, intake/output, and treatments.
• Assist RN with acutely ill patient care and unit coordination.
• Support patient admissions, discharges, and transfers and maintain a safe environment.
