Spire Orthopedic Partners is seeking an Entry Level OR Assistant to support perioperative care under RN supervision in Peabody, MA. Responsibilities include assisting in preop/postop areas, the OR, and sterile central, while ensuring patient safety and privacy.

The role requires a high school diploma, BLS, and familiarity with HIPAA; prior medical office experience is preferred. Strong teamwork and professional communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• 1 year medical office experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and insurance regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RN in implementing patient care plans during perioperative care.
• Assist nurses in preoperative and postoperative areas as required.
• Assist in the operating room and sterile central areas.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
• Support infection control policies and patient safety across the OR team.
