Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our team. This role involves completing a 12-month sales training program consisting of both classroom training and field experience.

Responsibilities include working with a Sales Mentor, observing sales processes, and ultimately selling Reynolds products to customers in an assigned territory. The position requires travel and may lead to relocation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years.
• No OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 12 month sales training program.
• Work with Sales Mentor in their territory.
• Sell an assigned set of Reynolds products and services.
