Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds invites ambitious individuals to join our 12-month Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee program. You will experience both field-based and classroom training, with sessions at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, covering dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.

Upon completion, you will relocate to an assigned territory to become a Sales Professional, driving monthly and annual quotas while selling Reynolds products and services to new and existing

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel 80–100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training.

Responsibilities

• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
• Achieve designated monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services.
• Sell to both new and existing customers in your assigned territory.
