The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program with field and classroom training, including travel with the Sales Mentor and exposure to our products in the automotive sector.

Upon completion, you will relocate to an assigned territory as a Sales Professional, responsible for meeting monthly and annual quotas, and selling Reynolds products and services such as software,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with minimal violations in past years.

Responsabilités

• Enroll in 12-month sales training program, including field and classroom training.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and achieve monthly/annual quotas.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to automotive clients in the assigned territory.
