Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company in Fort Lauderdale is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees. In this role, you will undergo a comprehensive 12-month sales training program combining field and classroom training at our Reynolds University. You will learn about dealership operations and sales techniques while collaborating with a Sales Mentor.

Once trained, you will relocate to an assigned territory, responsible for selling our targeted automotive software solutions and services. Benefits include a company car, medical insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree.
• Good time management skills are necessary.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships is essential.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Must be willing to travel 80-100% of the time during training.
• Willingness to relocate after training is necessary.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in the 12-month sales training program.
• Participate in field-based and classroom training.
• Work with a Sales Mentor and assist in sales calls.
• Transition to a Sales Professional after training.
• Achieve quotas by selling Reynolds products and services.
