Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12 month training program combining field-based and classroom sessions at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, with travel up to 80-100% during training.

After completing the program, you will relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional, responsible for selling Reynolds products to new and existing customers and meeting quotas with support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean record in recent years.
• Ability to travel overnight 80–100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after training completion.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month sales training program (field and classroom).
• Relocate to assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers in your territory.
• Work toward designated monthly and annual quotas with support from assigned mentors.
