Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Small Business Services in a dynamic California territory. You will identify and sign new clients with 1–49 employees, and sell payroll, tax, HR, benefits, and more while developing relationships daily using ADP’s tools and training.

No prior sales experience is required; ADP offers top-tier sales training, uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and strong opportunities for career advancement within a stable, Fortune 250 company.

Qualifications

• College degree is a plus but not required.
• Experience in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales or related fields welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sign new clients with 1-49 employees within defined territory.
• Cultivate relationships, set appointments, gather leads, and present ADP solutions.
• Sell payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and other ADP services to clients and prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and act as an advisor to clients.
