Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry‑level outside direct sales professional to cover a dedicated territory in the Knoxville area. You will train to present supplemental insurance products to business owners and employees, engaging owners, benefits managers, and staff, and occasionally conducting group presentations.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willing to obtain (training provided)
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with relevant sales/athletic background will be considered)

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build a client network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and service existing clients.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your sales manager.
• Organize your weekly schedule and report it to your manager.

Education
