W.B. Mason is seeking a Market Development Specialist to join our outside sales team in Richmond, VA.

This full-time role focuses on growing our customer base by meeting local businesses, presenting our complete line of workplace products, and building long-term relationships. You’ll drive territory growth on foot or by car, demo products, share online tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO, with strong collaboration from inside sales and onboarding

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Hit the road in your territory, meeting local businesses and introducing W.B. Mason’s offerings.
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up via MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions of new accounts.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported.
