No prior sales required, though helpful. You will respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, visit businesses, and build your own client portfolio; with commissions, bonuses, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients, expanding your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
