Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston, Inc. (OCB) is seeking an entry-level Ophthalmic Assistant to support physicians and deliver high-quality patient care. The role involves testing visual acuity, pupil assessment, tonometry, and other diagnostic tasks, with on-the-job training provided.

You will maintain patient records, contribute to a smooth clinic workflow, and may travel to our Boston and Waltham offices. Monday–Friday, full-time; no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 years of experience in Ophthalmic Assistant role.
• Strong math and science skills; proficient data entry.

Responsabilités

• Assist physician in gathering patient data and maintaining clinical environment.
• Perform visual acuity, visual field, refractometry and related ophthalmic testing.
• Maintain patient records and support efficient workflow.
• Travel to other offices as needed (Waltham/Boston).
