Job summary

SECU seeks an entry-level Associate Member Services Officer (MSO) in North Carolina to provide exemplary member service across in-person, phone, and digital channels. You will gain foundational knowledge of branch operations, cash handling, and account maintenance while starting training in lending and collections under supervision.

You will complete core and additional training modules, learn CXone, and begin exposure to consumer lending and real estate products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Aptitude for meeting people and building trust.
• Must complete required training within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person, by phone, and via digital channels.
• Manage cash drawer and perform basic account maintenance.
• Assist with wire transfers, currency exchange, and notary services.
• Learn lending and financial advisory products and refer as needed.
• Follow SECU policies and protect member information.
• Complete required training modules and stay compliant.
