Job summary

Police and Fire Federal Credit Union is seeking an entry-level Member Service Specialist I in the Cedarbrook/ Wyncote area of Pennsylvania. You will deliver superior branch service, process memberships and loans, and help grow member relationships through knowledge of products and the Total Member Connect (TMC) process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Preferred 1 year of Customer Service with Sales/Production goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional Member Service skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
• Proficient with Computers and various software systems including Word, Excel, Outlook, Jack Henry Symitar/Episys, Meridian Link, etc.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to PFFCU commitments and leads by example at all times.
• Deliver superior member service with friendly, professional interactions.
• Handle membership and loan applications, resolve account issues, and perform cash-related duties.
• Ensure member information is secured and protected.
• Cross-sell products through conversations to uncover member needs using the TMC process.
• Assist in staffing and use resources effectively to handle inquiries to completion.
• Present a professional image in dress, demeanor, and voice.
• Support branch activities at ITMs, service window, or sales desk.
• Maintain a neat, organized workspace.
