Responsibilities

• Personally provides exceptional member service using Service Standards in every interaction.
• Assists members with routine transactions and service requests, including deposits, checks, and card services.
• Completes member service requests with accuracy, data integrity, and adherence to policies and branch procedures.
• Promotes and refers credit union products and services to members as appropriate.
