Job summary

The role emphasizes product knowledge, cross-selling, and basic online banking support. A high school diploma and at least 6 months in retail or customer service are required; training is provided and performance is recognized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college is preferred.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in retail or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs Symitar functions and knows credit union processes to provide excellent member service.
• Resolves basic member account inquiries (balances, transfers, payments, address changes).
• Assists members with ATM/Debit accounts, researching issues while maintaining security.
• Educates members on membership value and cross-sells suitable financial products.
• Provides basic Online Banking and Web Bill Pay assistance.
• Maintains knowledge of current promotions and products.
• Attends training classes and achieves 90% or higher.
