Altura Credit Union in Riverside, CA is seeking a Member Services Representative I to deliver courteous, confidential service to our members by phone, email, or secure message, and to greet and determine member needs from start to finish.

You will handle routine Symitar processes, resolve basic account inquiries, assist with Online Banking, cross-sell products, and participate in required training to maintain knowledge of current promotions and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college is preferred.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in retail or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Performs Symitar functions and uses credit union processes to deliver excellent member service.
• Resolves basic member inquiries and account issues, including transfers between accounts.
