Job summary

IQVIA partners with a Medtech client to assemble a team of Associate Territory Representatives in the United States, an entry point into medical device sales. You will build a territory by prospecting outpatient clinics, calling on physicians and clinical staff, and driving prescriptions for urinary management products.

You will prospect daily, educate clinicians, and manage a robust pipeline. A Bachelor’s degree and valid driver's license are required; prior medical experience is not necessary,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• Experience in metrics-driven sales.
• Hunter mentality with cold outreach and long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly.
