Job summary

Rehab Medical LLC in Fayetteville, GA is hiring a Patient Care Representative (PCR) to support patients through the mobility equipment process, from intake to approval. You will ensure timely communication, coordination, and documentation to deliver excellent service.

In this on-site role, you will manage intake, scheduling, and paperwork while maintaining strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers. A robust benefits package and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships.

• Minimum 2+ years of administrative support experience.

Responsibilities

• Intake Management: Contact all new patients within 24 hours of referral to begin the intake process and establish the main point of contact.
• Scheduling Coordination: Schedule evaluations (PT/OT/ATP) within 3 business days to keep the process moving.
• Documentation & Paperwork Support: Assist with documentation and ensure forms are completed and received by physicians.
• Communication: Maintain consistent updates to patients at least every 5 business days or sooner if changes occur.
• Quality & Process: Verify insurance coverage and escalate when needed to ensure timely intake and scheduling.
• Team collaboration: Work with Sales Representatives and ATPs to resolve scheduling delays and support patient care.
