Rehab Medical LLC seeks a Patient Care Representative to guide patients through the mobility equipment process, ensuring timely intake, scheduling, and documentation with excellent service. You will communicate across teams to advance approvals and patient satisfaction.

The role emphasizes building relationships, maintaining confidentiality, and coordinating PT/OT/ATP evaluations with efficient timelines and updates to patients.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, be detail oriented, and organized
• Minimum 2 - years of administrative support experience

Mansioni

• Contact all new patients within 24 hours of referral to start intake process
• Establish themselves as the main point of contact
• Verify insurance coverage or escalate to Business Support for verification
• Explain the process and secure patient commitment
• Ensure intake is completed within 5 business days
• Coordinate and schedule all necessary patient evaluations within 3 business days
• Maintain scheduled steps to keep the process moving and ensure documentation is complete
