Job summary

Rehab Medical LLC is seeking a Patient Care Representative (PCR) to guide patients through the mobility equipment process from intake to equipment approval. You will ensure timely communication, coordination, and documentation to deliver equipment efficiently and with exceptional service.

You will manage intake within 5 business days, schedule PT/OT/ATP evaluations, and collaborate with Sales and medical staff to move orders forward while maintaining patient contact every 5 business days.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and build relationships.
• Highly organized and detail oriented; able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to new patients within 24 hours of referral to begin intake.
• Coordinate PT/OT and ATP evaluations and schedule steps within set timelines.
• Assist sales with documentation and coordinate forms with physicians.
• Provide updates to patients at least every 5 business days.
