Responsibilities include intake management, scheduling PT/OT and ATP evaluations, and assisting with paperwork while maintaining confidentiality and strong patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

• Minimum 2+ years of administrative support experience.

Responsibilities

• Intake Management: contact patients within 24 hours, establish main contact, verify coverage, complete intake within 5 days.
• Scheduling Coordination: arrange PT/OT and ATP evaluations within 3 business days; keep process moving.
• Documentation and Paperwork Support: assist with documentation, ensure timely faxing to doctors, maintain patient updates every 5 business days.
