Job summary

MDL, a member of Genesis Global Group, is a CLIA certified clinical laboratory specializing in DNA-based molecular testing. We are expanding our sales force and seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to manage a large client base and serve as a liaison between management and customers.

You will grow revenues, establish long-term client relations, educate clients, coordinate solutions with the lab, and support retention strategies with the Senior Sales Executive.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of successful customer service experience.
• Well-developed multi-tasking, organizational skills, and detail orientation.
• Energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making ability.
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel, email and internet.

Responsibilities

• Grow client base revenues by presenting new test information and up selling.
• Establish positive long-term client relations.
• Educate and train clients; coordinate solutions between lab and client.
• Collaborate with Senior Sales Executive to address client concerns and retention.
• Monitor client satisfaction and suggest corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain awareness of competitors in the territory.
