Medical Diagnostic Laboratories (MDL), a Genesis Global Group member, seeks an Entry Level Account Manager to grow a broad client base and serve as liaison between management and customers. You will educate and train clients, coordinate solutions between the laboratory and client, and help expand revenue across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong multitasking, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Energetic, motivated, enthusiastic with integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, email and internet.

Responsibilities

• Grow client base revenues by presenting new test information and up selling.
• Establish positive long-term client relations.
• Educate and train clients, research problems and coordinate solutions with the lab and client.
• Collaborate with Senior Sales Executive and Regional Manager on retention strategies.
• Monitor client satisfaction and suggest corrective actions.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and market presence in territory.
