Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with a Medtech client, is hiring Associate Territory Representatives for the New York area. This entry point role focuses on medical device sales to outpatient clinics, building a personal book of business and learning clinical messaging in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.

You will prospect daily, educate clinicians, drive new prescriptions, and manage a territory pipeline with in-clinic demonstrations. A clear path exists to Territory Manager roles and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with quota achievement.
• Hunter mindset with strong closing skills and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across the assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline and maintain CRM activity data.
• Conduct in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage territory expenses.
