Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with our Medtech client, is hiring an Associate Territory Representative to launch a career in medical device sales. This entry point focuses on field-based outreach to outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience.
• Hunter mentality with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics within the assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage in existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline with accurate CRM data and activity logs.
• Deliver in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and timely follow-ups with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
