IQVIA, in partnership with a Medtech client, is seeking an Associate Territory Representative to launch a career in medical device sales. You will prospect outpatient urology/urogynecology clinics, build relationships with physicians and staff, and drive prescriptions of intermittent catheters and Urinary Management Systems.

This entry point offers a clear path to Territory Manager roles. A proven B2B sales background, high activity, and coachable attitude are valued as you develop medical sales

Qualifications

• Strong track record in a metrics-driven B2B sales environment.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales with quota achievement.
• Hunter mentality with cold outreach experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional presence with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly.
