You will train across proposals, client materials, and campaign delivery while gaining exposure to tools like WideOrbit Traffic and Matrix, with cross‑team collaboration and performance feedback guiding your path.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Excellent social, intrapersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable managing complex spreadsheets.
• Must have an enterprising spirit with goal of progression within 9–12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist the development of sales proposals, advertising packages, and client presentations.
• Create supportive marketing materials for the sales department.
• Prepare proposals based on account executive requests.
• Communicate with sales, production, finance and external clients on campaigns performance and delivery.
• Enter and maintain all orders including electronic transfers and WOCentral orders to WideOrbit.
• Manage sales database
