Qualifications

• Bachelor of Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with GPA 3.0+ strongly preferred.
• Zero to three years of internship or co-op experience.
• Effective communication and cross-functional relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Engage in structured curriculum exposing plant operations across multiple product lines.
• Participate in startups, shutdowns, maintenance, planning, training, troubleshooting, and safety program execution.
• Operate process equipment via control systems and field instrumentation; monitor efficiency and energy use.
